World Heart Day was celebrated at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital Chennai, on sep 27th 2013. Honourable Health Minister K. C. Veeramani, Dr. V. Kanagasabai, Dean of Madras Medical College, Dr.V.E.Dhandapani, Prof and Head of the department of Cardiology Dr.S.Ramasamy Director of Vaso-Meditech Pvt Ltd who assisted the Hypertension trial based on Central Blood Pressure in Gov General Hospital participated in the function which is organized by the Cardiology Department of Gov General Hospital Chennai.
EECP THERAPY uses a proprietary technology to inflate and deflate a series of pneumatic cuffs enclosing the lower extremities of the patients. Treatment is administered on a padded table in which three sets of electronically controlled inflation and deflation valves are located.
